About the Database of Zhongshan Station

    Aurora, often called as northern light, is the only upper atmospheric phenomenon that can be seen by naked eyes or cameras, and the all-sky TV camera (ASC) is one of the ground-based instruments for optic aurora study. The Zhongshan ASC has been operating during austral winter since 1995, and all data set except 1996 has been recorded.
    In this database, we will present you all the aurora images and processed keogram data during the period 1995~2007, the recent data will be added when they're ready for publishing.
